Continuous Carbonizing Furnace Components:

 

1. When the equipment has just started to start heating, it needs heat source to heat the carbonization furnace. One is to select the hot air flow from the reverberatory furnace to incinerate the carbonization furnace to reach the intent of heating up. The other is to use gasifier equipment to ignite sawdust through the gasifier. The combustible gas generated in the gasifier is used to incinerate the carbonizer to reach the intent of heating up. 2. When the carbonization furnace is heated to a certain temperature, the combustible gases in it are separated by dust separator, and the combustible gases after dust separation are recovered by wood tar recovery equipment.

 

3. When the self-produced gas is heated in the carbonization furnace, the reflex furnace heating or gasifier gas-producing equipment will stop operation at this time, and the preliminary heating equipment will be finished.

 

4. After about 2-3 hours of operation (different time and temperature), carbon powder flows into the condenser from the furnace and out of the condenser. The production of the equipment is normal and can be continuously discharged. Therefore, this carbonization furnace is called continuous carbonization furnace.
